BIO IN A BRIEF

I have run multiple agencies over the years, ultimately buying one from a Holding Company, before founding Grace & Grit with John.

I have had the most amazing experience in this nutty industry working with some of the most talented people and working with the most incredible clients, incredible both personally and professionally. But as the time marches on, the agency model hasn’t.

That’s why John and I set out to create a new model that delivers great work that builds clients’ businesses and gives customers (and us) butterflies.

I have been a relentless builder, a skilled cultivator, and an empathic steward of global consulting practices ranging from loyalty to customer experience to martech strategy and implementation before founding Grace & Grit with Becca.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to work on some marvelous clients with some marvelous people in large consulting firms and agencies. And I’m eager to continue this meaningful work as a boutique helping to grow and scale global and national businesses.

I’m an entrepreneur at heart. And I’m at my best when I can help organizations thrive by fusing strategy, technology, operations, and organizational structure with deep data-driven insights.
